It has come to our attention that you are no longer the treasurer of the Springfield Ward 2 DEMWC as of 8/26/2025.

Please be advised that as of this date you are no longer obligated or liable as treasurer under the campaign finance law with respect to future campaign finance activity undertaken by the committee. Any past obligation or liability incurred by you under the campaign finance law will continue, however, for any activity undertaken by the committee through 8/25/2025. You are further advised that committees are legally required to keep and preserve detailed accounts, vouchers and receipts of their campaign finance activity for six years following the date of the relevant election. If you are still in possession of any of the Committee's records, you should forward the materials to the Committee.

In accordance with a ruling by the Supervisor of Public Records, this letter and all correspondence relating thereto is a matter of public record. As such, it will be placed in the committee's public file.
