We have received your committee’s Appointment of Depository Bank form (CPF D103) on 4/18/2025.

OCPF will notify your bank with an anticipated start date for their reports in addition to e-filing instructions. Please note that your committee will receive a courtesy email from OCPF on each occasion your financial institution files a report on behalf of your committee.  It’s suggested to review the report when the bank files each month.
