In the future, please list one contributor for each individual contribution. If you need to attribute a contribution to two people due to a joint checking account, please include two separate entries on your deposit report which disclose the amount attributed to each person.

In accordance with a ruling by the Supervisor of Public Records, this letter and all correspondence relating thereto is a matter of public record as of the requested date listed below. As such, it will be placed in the committee's public file at that time. Please respond to this request within two weeks of the date of this letter.
